The three-day-long Dipabali Utshab 2025 has begun with great devotion and splendour at the sacred Kalyan Sagar Dighi beside the revered Tripureswari Temple in Udaipur, Tripura’s old capital. The celebration started with the traditional worship of Goddess Ganga at the eastern bank of Kalyan Sagar Dighi, marking the auspicious commencement of the Diwali festivities.

The Chief Minister of Tripura, Dr. Manik Saha, along with his wife, Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy, Tourism Minister, and other dignitaries, participated in the ceremonial worship.
