WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - We are seeing rain showers this afternoon, which will stick around the rest of the day off and on.

We will likely see a few scattered showers early Tuesday morning before we get a break in the rain. Howevere, rain showers will move back in during the afternoon and evening.

Heavy lake effect rain will devlop overnight Wednesday into Thursday which will last for the rest of the week. The lake effect rain band will move around giving many locations meaningful rain.
