The events will feature game booths, costume contests and, of course, free candy. There will also be pumpkin carving, concerts and raffles, among other activities and fun.
“Families are encouraged to dress in costume, bring their friends and neighbors, and enjoy a safe, family-friendly celebration filled with spook-tacular fun and community spirit,” LA County officials said. The event is free for everyone, and a full list of where and when the festivals will be can be found
