MINOT, N.D. (KMOT) – UPDATE (10/20/2025 at 2:55 p.m.): The woman charged with murder in a fatal shooting over the weekend in Minot will be held on a $1 million bond.
Judge Todd Cresap went with the state’s recommendation. Prosecutor Roza Larson called for $1 million, citing evidence that the suspect, Rachael Foster, had no immediate ties to the community, and had purchased a ticket to leave town.
Foster will appear for her preliminary hearing and arraignment Nov. 26 at 9:30 a.m.
