CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina junior Rasheed Jones received the first preseason honor of his career as he was voted Second Team All-Sun Belt ahead of the 2025-26 campaign by the conference's 14 head coaches, the league announced Monday. As a team, the Chanticleers were picked to finish 13th in the coaches' poll. Jones averaged 11.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 31.0 minutes per game in his first season with the Chanticleers a year ago. He ranked second on the team in scoring, three-point field goals made (66) and assists (66), and started 29 of 32 games played.
