TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — The price of gas in Twin Falls dropped a penny this week to $3.43 a gallon, according to AAA of Idaho.
The average price of gas in Idaho is also down a penny to $3.44. This is about two cents cheaper than last week, nine cents cheaper than last month, but three cents more than a year ago. Coeur d’Alene holds the highest average price in Idaho at $3.47 per gallon and Lewiston holds the lowest at $3.30 per gallon. Idaho popped up to 7th place for the highest gas prices in the country though.
The national average is $3.04 per gallon, which is four cents cheaper than a week ago. It is 15 cents less than a month ago and 14 cents cheaper than last year.
