EXCLUSIVE : Blair Fetter is leaving Netflix after more than 13 years as a TV executive, most recently as VP, Spectacle Series UCAN (U.S. and Canada). His last day will be Tuesday.

Fetter’s departure had been in the works for several weeks, with him initiating the conversation, sources said. It comes two months after the exit of fellow Netflix veteran Peter Friedlander as Head of UCAN Scripted Series. Friedlander has since been named Head of Global TV for Amazon MGM Studios .

In only his second job in the business, Fetter joined Netflix in April 2012 as Director, Original Series, becoming part of the team that worked on the streamer’s inaugural slate of original series.
