SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — There is a heavy police presence at the Motel 6 on Stephenson Avenue.

Officials have not confirmed what may have happened at this time, but a man told WSAV that his children were inside their motel room when they heard gunshots.

WSAV's crew on the scene saw an ambulance leaving and a person being loaded into another ambulance.
