RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) -- American singer, songwriter and guitarist Boz Scaggs is coming to Richmond in mid-November.
At 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19, Scaggs will take over the Altria Theater as part of his "Rhythm Review 2025."
Scaggs, an early member of The Ardells and the Steve Miller Band, first took off with his 1976 album "Silk Degrees," which hit #2 on the Billboard 200. He's also well-known for hits like "Lido Shuffle," "Lowdown," "Breakdown Dead Ahead" and "Jojo," among others.
According to organizers, Scaggs is credited with helping to form the band Toto, with David Paich saying that, if not for "Silk Degrees," Toto may not have come together as it did.
