Disorderly conduct: Mayfield Road

A Taco Bell employee said Oct. 14 that he was hit in the face with a taco thrown at him by a man in the drive-thru line earlier in the day.

He said the man had come back through the drive-thru because he was upset that one of his crunchy tacos was soggy.

The staff showed officers surveillance video and provided the license plate number of the man’s vehicle.

Officers identified the suspect and went to his Highland Heights home and cited him for disorderly conduct. The man, 22, said he regretted his decision but was upset because there was no manager on duty and the employees were laughing at him because of his complaint.
