TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - The Florida A&M football team picked up a much needed win on Saturday, a win that kept them alive in the SWAC race, and a win that gave them a much needed shot of confidence.

Head coach James Colzie III said it’s a lot easier to coach a group after a win than a loss, now they have to build on it.

A trip to Southern awaits the Rattlers, a team that’s now 1-6 in SWAC play after a loss to Prairie View A&M over the weekend.

Cozie acknowledges the Jags are struggling, but a trip to Baton Rouge still isn’t an easy one, and he expects a lot from a team that’s been very good over the last few years.
