CORVALLIS, Ore. — Alana Marrs is quickly making a name for herself in the West Coast Conference. The freshman middle blocker earned her fourth WCC Player of the Week honor, while also picking up her third Freshman of the Week nod on Monday, highlighting a remarkable start to her collegiate career.
Marrs was a key factor in Oregon State’s sweep of San Francisco. The freshman contributed ten kills, two blocks, and two digs in the win. She delivered at a high efficiency, hitting .692 on the attack, and has now posted double-digit kills in seven matches this season.
