WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) - A woman reported damage to her home following a report of gunfire in Warren.

On Friday afternoon, a woman called police to report damage from a gunshot over the window of her home in the 800 block of Rex Blvd. NW. She reported that she heard what sounded like fireworks overnight and found the damage later.

Police reports say officers were called to the area around 2 a.m. Friday for shots fired in the area and spoke with people living in the 700 block of Rex Blvd. NW.

They told police that they were in the living room of their home when they heard multiple gunshots outside, as well as people talking.

Officers found nine shell casings in the driveway and yard. No suspects were found in the area, though police received a report that a dark-colored truck had been seen
