CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- Atrium Health Foundation held its 20th annual ‘Save Your Skin Melanoma Awareness Golf Classic’ on Monday at Ballantyne Country Club.

All the proceeds support melanoma research, treatment, and prevention awareness through Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute in Charlotte.

The tournament is co-presented by Gee Family Foundation (administered by JHG Financial) and Kreshon Family, LLC, and was established in memory of Jerri Kreshon.

The Kreshon family wants to encourage everyone to protect their skin from the sun and the damage it can cause to their body.
