This Halloween, some costumes could help a great cause. Spirit Halloween and Presbyterian Healthcare are teaming up to support local kids in the hospital.

Some spooky shopping can make a big difference. Spirit Halloween’s Spirit of Children national campaign is turning costume shopping into support for local patients. Through Oct. 31, customers can save 10% at any Spirit Halloween store or online, and another 10% goes to Presbyterian’s Child Life program.

The money funds tools that help kids cope with hospital stays, including a mini CAT scan called the “Kitty Scanner,” and a Child Life specialist program for surgical services. Since 2008, the partnership has raised more than $1.5 million for Presbyterian.
