NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio

Cocaine possession, York Road: On Sept. 20, police observed a weaving Pontiac G6 with expired plates traveling on York Road.

The driver, who was delivering food for DoorDash, said the G6 beloved to his girlfriend.

After getting permission from the driver to search the Pontiac, the officer found a baggie of cocaine with a clear straw.

The driver, who denied ownership of the drugs, was arrested for cocaine possession.

Police later found other drugs in his wallet.

He was cited for drug abuse, expired plates and weaving.

Drunken driving, York Road: On Sept. 24, police observed a weaving gray sedan traveling on York Road.

While talking to the driver, who admitted to having “a little bit” to drink, the officer observed two cans of beer.
