A Superior Court jury has found 28-year old Kameron Scott of Dover guilty on several counts in connection to a shots fired incident a year ago at a high school football game.

Scott, who had a previous robbery conviction, was found guilty of Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon, Possession of a Firearm in a Safe School Zone, Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited, and Possession of Ammunition by a Person Prohibited.

According to the Delaware Department of Justice, Scott fired a single shot into the air during a brawl in the parking lot at the Dover-Smyrna game on the night of October 18th, 2024.

Dover Police officers who were working at the football game chased down Scott and recovered a gun.
