EDDYVILLE, Iowa (KCRG) - A Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont High School student has turned himself in following an incident earlier this month.

The criminal complaint says on October 7, the student sprayed a teacher with a fire extinguisher. A separate complaint says he threw his watch and shoe at another victim.

The Wapello County Sheriff’s Office issued an arrest warrant for Korbin Daniel Durbin, 18, of Fremont, Iowa.

The Wapello County Sheriff’s Office says he turned himself in around 7:30 p.m. Friday, and has since posted bond and has been released.

Durbin is charged with the following:

2 misdemeanor counts of simple assault

Misdemeanor 4th-degree criminal mischief

Misdemeanor disorderly conduct

Misdemeanor 3rd-degree harassment
