WASHINGTON — A New York man who was pardoned by President Donald Trump for his role in the January 6 Capitol riot has been arrested and charged with making a terroristic threat after allegedly vowing to kill House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, authorities said .
Christopher Moynihan from Clinton, New York, was arraigned Tuesday and pleaded not guilty, according to court documents obtained by CBS News. The 34-year-old is being held at the Dutchess County Justice and Transition Center “in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, a $30,000 bond or an $80,000 partially secured bond,” a New York State Police news release said.
Moynihan was arrested by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation at Poughkeepsie in conjunction with the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force. He faces a felony charge of making a terror
