GREENBRIER COUNTY (WVNS) -- The Greenbrier River Trail Foundation (GRTF) announced the launch of their new website.
According to a press release, the website was funded by a grant from the Appalachian Forest National Heritage Area with matching funds from Craig Attkisson, one of the new members of the GRTF board.
The main goal of the new site is to make it easier for guests to plan their visits, whether that be horseback riding, hiking, or biking on the trail, the release stated. The "Plan Your Visit" portion of the site is filled with resources, an interactive map, lists of shuttles, and more. It also has links to the Pocahontas and Greenbrier County Visitor Bureaus, guiding visitors towards more information on the trail towns of Cass, Marlinton, Seebert, and Lewisburg.
