ASTON, Pa. (WPVI) -- High School seniors in Delaware County are celebrating their teachers in a special way.

Members of the Sun Valley football team are surprising the educators who they say helped shape their lives by giving their jerseys to special teachers ahead of homecoming.

Videos of the heartfelt gestures were featured as part of the 'America Strong' segment on ABC's World News Tonight.

The players then got a chance to tell the country about the impact these educators have had on their lives.
