PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. — The Putnam County Sheriff's Office says an Interlachen man was arrested after making verbal threats to his neighbor and her dog.
Police say the man, Minor Catledge, 61, had confronted his neighbor on Friday, Oct. 17, at a public path near his property when he told her that the property was his and if she trespassed again, he would "eat her dog". Deputies with PCSO responded on scene and addressed Catledge, where they say the situation appeared to be resolved.
About an hour after their response, PCSO says the same neighbor told police that Catledge approached her property with a knife and "began threatening her and other family members." An Interlachen Police Officer had responded before deputies arrived back on scene, who said that he had heard the threats.
