The dramatic stage of a Game 7 — just the second such occasion in Jays history — captivated the national audience as George Springer’s massive seventh-inning home run propelled the Jays to the Fall Classic for the first time in 32 years.

The previous high for a Blue Jays game on Sportsnet was Game 6 of the 2015 American League championship series, which averaged 5.1 million viewers.
