Neighbours star Stefan Dennis was forced to leave Strictly Come Dancing after he suffered a serious injury

Actor Stefan Dennis , despite suffering a torn calf muscle, managed to perform his Charleston on Strictly Come Dancing last weekend, thanks to painkillers. However, the injury led to his exit from the BBC dance show and he's now been delivered a fresh blow as he's unable to return home to Australia to his wife Gail and their three children. ‌

At the Pride of Britain Awards on Tuesday, held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel, the Neighbours actor was part of the large Strictly Come Dancing contingent, including celebrities, professional dancers and judges, who presented teenager Zach Eagling with his award in honour of his achievements. ‌
