When Rashel Hudson first started fermenting kombucha in her closet, she never imagined it would one day lead to a downtown taproom.

Five years later, Hudson is opening Firefly Brew, Oklahoma’s first kombucha brewery and taproom, located in Tulsa’s Brewery District. The business — born from her own health journey and family teamwork — is now expanding its reach statewide while staying true to its non-alcoholic roots.
