Singleton Council has voted to reject a request made by Singleton High School to waive $2068.50 of fees associated with the hiring of the Civic Centre for HSC exams.

The school's principal, Liana Gill, wrote to the Council on September 16, requesting that the fees be waived so the students could complete their HSC exams at the venue on three days, October 17-18 and 22.
