CHANDLER, AZ (AZFamily) — Chandler voters will decide whether to approve a $271 million bond for the public school system . The funding would allow schools to maintain basic operations, update computers and improve security systems.

Republican political consultant Paul Bentz said external factors influence local voting decisions.
