LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Pleasant Valley Country Club is just days away from hosting the Simmons Bank Championship, and preparations are in full swing.
Tournament Director Michael Cataldo says organizers are expecting to surpass last year’s attendance of more than 35,000 fans. With that in mind, he says this year’s focus is on enhancing the fan experience and ensuring smooth operations across the course.
One of the biggest improvements, Cataldo noted, is parking — made possible through the help of more than 900 volunteers working throughout the tournament.
“Just the movement of people and how we get them from point A to point B in the most efficient way as possible is probably one of our biggest findings to elevate that fan experience and put on a great event not only for the Little Rock
