SILVER SPRING, Md. — Montgomery County Police were asking for the public’s help in the search for a missing non-verbal teen with autism. However, just before midnight on Tuesday, police reported the girl had been found safe and unharmed.

The 15-year-old girl was last seen around 6:30 p.m. today in the 8600 block of 16th Street in Silver Spring.

She was reportedly wearing blue jeans, a blue jean shirt, and brown boots when she disappeared.

She is 5-feet, four inches tall, and 140 pounds.
