BOWIE, Md. — The Bowie husband and father who was arrested by ICE in front of his children last week has been moved to Louisiana. His wife confirmed the move to WUSA9 on Tuesday night.
The man, who WUSA9 is not identifying due to safety concerns, was stopped by several ICE agents in the Pointer Ridge neighborhood while taking his children to school, according to his wife, Dania Bautista.
Video exclusively obtained by WUSA9 shows the moment agents swarmed his car and forcefully removed him. Bautista said the arrest was aggressive and left her children, ages 6, 7, and 8, traumatized.
“They were basically pulling him out of the car very aggressively,” Bautista said. “They threw him on the floor. They didn’t even care.”
