WACO, Texas — Due to the possibility of storms on Friday , officials have rescheduled several Central Texas high school football games from Friday, Oct. 24, to Thursday, Oct. 23.

An approaching cold front is expected to bring rain to Central Texas on Friday and Saturday, prompting us to issue a Weather Impact Alert .

Here's a list of games that have been moved from Friday night to Thursday night so far:

Crawford at Moody, 7:30 p.m.

Marlin vs Riesel , 7:30 p.m.

Mexia vs Whitney, 7 p.m.
