When budget shortfalls and trend fluctuations make a call to action, Cleveland State University’s College of Graduate Studies is forced to take a closer look at its course and program offerings.

Bill Kosteas, economist and dean of CSU’s College of Graduate Studies, told the Cleveland Jewish News there are two ways to strategically look at how the university’s graduate programs are expected to evolve over the next few years.

“There’s two different fronts that you have to look at: one is the curriculum itself and the other is the modality,” Kosteas said.
