PLATTSBURGH, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) - The jury began deliberation Tuesday afternoon in the Timothy Timmons murder trial, but a verdict has not yet been reached.
Timmons is accused of killing 40-year-old Jahfari Joseph, of Plattsburgh, last year on December 29th. He was reportedly killed at the Peru, New York home of Timmons’s ex-wife, Kelly Timmons.
Presentations from the prosecution lasted 8 days, which included testimony from witnesses such as Timmons ex-wife, both his children and several people related to the case. The jury also heard testimony from several law enforcement officers and forensic experts.
