The Forest City Film Festival kicks off on Friday, running until Nov. 2, with more than 100 films being screened as the annual event hits the 10-year mark. The Art of Adventure

From director Alison Reid comes The Art of Adventure, a documentary on wildlife artist Robert Bateman and biologist Bristol Foster.

“I think The Art of Adventure is one of my favourites only because I have a personal story of my life crossing paths with Robert Bateman, an Ontario-born Canadian wildlife artist,” Downs said. “I just think (the film) should not be missed.”
