co-host Brian Kilmeade asked Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) about the benefits his state’s real estate is seeing thanks to a mayoral race in New York City.

DeSantis joined Kilmeade on Fox News on Wednesday, and at one point, Kilmeade argued many New Yorkers are looking to flee the city for sunnier skies thanks to Democratic mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani leading by double digits in most polls against former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and Republican Curtis Sliwa .
