Naked 76-Year-Old Man Found Standing Near Car In Lebanon Park: Police

A 76-year-old man was charged after police say he was found standing naked in a Lebanon park, according to a release issued on Wednesday, Oct. 22.

Officers were called to AES Ironwood Park in South Lebanon Township around 3:12 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025, for a report of indecent exposure.

Two people told police they saw a completely naked man standing near a car. The suspect was later identified as Bartley Bruce Sando, of Lebanon, who was positively identified by witnesses at the scene, authorities said.

Sando was charged with Misdemeanor Indecent Exposure and Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct, according to police.
