A banner with the words 'BPHA slum landlords' was hung from Huxley House in Cambridge earlier this month. According to one tenant, the sign was attached to the top of the building on Saturday, October 11, the day after a leak left hot water seeping through floors.

The banner was reportedly removed the following Monday (October 13). BPHA is the housing association responsible for Huxley House.

After the leak during the early hours of October 10 , which left one person sleeping in the community room, resident Vincenza Ruggiero said: "We are absolutely shattered." She continued: "We are consistently thinking about what is going to happen next. We are living on the edge every single day."
