CHARLESTON, WV (LOOTPRESS) – The West Virginia Department of Tourism invites local families to celebrate spooky season with an evening of free, festive fun at the Halloween Bash, on Wednesday, October 29, from 6 – 8 p.m. at the West Virginia Culture Center, located in the State Capitol Complex.

After the event, families are encouraged to take a short walk toward the Kanawha Boulevard where the Governor and First Lady will be greeting trick-or-treaters at the north gate of the Governor’s Mansion with a special treat.
