In last week’s edition, a press release was published from Teague Police Department regarding the arrest of a Bailey G. Mills for Driving While Intoxicated, a Class A Misdemeanor.

According to the press release, Mills was found unresponsive in a vehicle at the drive-thru window of Sonic in Teague. She was arrested and submitted to a breathalyzer test that returned a BAC of 0.16, twice the legal limit in the state of Texas.

She was then booked into the Freestone County Jail, and the case turned over to the County Attorney’s office.

Since then, The ‘Times’ has verified that Mills is currently employed as an officer with Fairfield Police Department.
