Doris Ruth (Black) Casey, 90, of Fairfield, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Lanely, Texas, in 1935, Doris was the youngest of four children born to Hiram and Eunice Black.

A proud lifelong resident of Fairfield, her roots and relationships ran deep within the community she loved.

She was married to Roy Casey, Jr. for 70 years, and together they built a strong, steady life grounded in hard work, family, and faith. Through every season, they stood side by side — partners in both life and business — shaping a legacy that reflected commitment, resilience, and love in action.
