Wortham Volunteer Fire Department invites you to join them in saving lives while enjoying a delicious meal!

On Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the fire station, there will be a blood drive and soup & salad lunch.

The Carter Blood Care Bus will be taking the first appointment at 11:00 a.m. and the last appointment at 2:30 p.m. Every donation can save up to 3 lives!

For $15 you will get an all-you-can-eat soup and salad, served with a drink and dessert.

This event is sponsored by AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary and Sons with assistance provided by The Old Gin and the Worthan Volunteer Fire Department.

All proceeds from the lunch will go to the Fire Department.

The fire station is located at 104 Second Street in Wortham.
