OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - Owensboro City officials say Griffith Avenue is closed for tree removal.

According to a press release, the road will be closed between Walnut Street and McCreary Avenue from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Crews ask drivers to use caution and pay attention while driving in the area.
