BULLARD, Texas — Arrest documents allege that a former Bullard ISD custodian made an inappropriate comment to a young student and refused to let the child leave the restroom.

Bryan Taylor, who was a custodian at Bullard Intermediate School, has been charged with unlawful restraint and attempted sexual performance of a child. He was arrested Oct. 22 and remains in the Anderson County Jail on bonds totaling $1 million.

According to an arrest affidavit, Taylor entered the restroom on Oct. 15, with his cleaning cart blocking the doorway. Shortly after, he moved the cart slightly to allow a student to enter, then moved it again to block the entrance.
