ITHACA, N.Y. (WETM) — An Ithaca man was arrested after police said he pulled what looked like a gun and threatened a person on Wednesday morning.
Bruce Rogers, 64, of Ithaca, was arrested on Wednesday, Oct. 22, on the charges of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a class D felony and menacing in the second degree, according to a release from the Ithaca Police Department (IPD).
On Wednesday, Oct. 22, around 10:28 a.m., officers were called to Nates Floral Estates for the report of a incident involving a gun. When officers got to the scene it was learned that Rogers had held up what seemed to be a gun and made a person fear for their safety, the release stated.
