SOUTHPORT, N.Y. (WETM) — A man was indicted in October on a dozen counts of charges relating to an incident in Southport where he had illegal firearms, according to an indictment from the Chemung County District Attorney's Office.
Justin L. Hoffman, was indicted on the following charges. • 10 counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree. • One count of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. • One count of aggravated harassment in the second degree.
Hoffman's indictment stems from being accused of harassing another person on September 24, 2025, when he threatened to shoot them, according to the indictment.
