A Middletown man has been arrested after, police say, he was seen by students on a school bus inappropriately touching himself.

According to Fairfield Township police, Brandon Kuhlenberg, 43, was traveling southbound on SR4-Bypass next to a school bus. Students were witness to Kuhlenberg's actions, officials say.

Kuhlenberg has been charged with one count of public indecency and was booked into the Butler County Jail.
