ALEXANDRIA — The Title IX litigation from the federal government against the state of Minnesota could have a significant impact on school districts, according to Alexandria Superintendent Rick Sansted.

During the Monday, Oct. 20, regular school board meeting, Sansted brought up the topic and thanked board members for engaging in the topic during their committee meetings in preparation of the board’s work session in November.
