PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A federal grand jury has indicted a 20-year-old Portland resident accused of damaging security cameras at the ICE building in South Portland earlier this year.
Prosecutors allege that Alistair Sidener caused more than $1,000 in damage to government property during the incident on June 12, 2025. Sidener made an initial federal court appearance last Friday before a federal judge and has been released pending further proceedings.
Depredation of federal property exceeding $1,000 is a felony that carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison.
