Investigators were searching Wednesday for a group of armed burglars who they say tied up two people inside an Arcadia home before stealing their jewelry and car.

Arcadia officers responded to a home invasion robbery call just before 1 p.m. on West Foothill Boulevard, near the 210 Freeway.

Four robbery suspects, two of them armed with a knife and a firearm, forced their way into the home through the front door, according to the Arcadia Police Department. Once inside, the four men tied up two people before ransacking the house, leaving with jewelry and the victim's car.
