GEIGER HEIGHTS, Wash. — Three people were injured and a dog was killed in a rollover crash early Wednesday morning near Geiger Heights, says the Spokane County Sheriff's Office (SCSO).

The sheriff's office says deputies responded alongside Airway Heights and Cheney police officers to a report of a crash near the intersection of West Hallett Road and South Mayflower Street around 1 a.m.

At the scene, deputies found a 2004 Ford F250 on its side and extensive damage to a home.

Spokane County Fire District 3 and AMR personnel provided medical treatment to the driver, who was ejected from the vehicle, and two passengers. The sheriff's office says a dog that was inside the truck was also ejected and found dead. All three people were transported to the hospital for additional care.
